1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MiniMind application ("App") or visiting this website, you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use MiniMind.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MiniMind ("we," "us," "our"). Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use any features that require registration. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Anyone may use MiniMind in guest mode (no account required) regardless of age. Guest mode stores all data locally on your device and does not require any personal information.

You may not use MiniMind if you are located in a jurisdiction where these Terms are prohibited or where we are not permitted to operate.

3. Your Account

3.1 Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at support@minimind.apidev.co.in if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may maintain only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages (e.g., farming referral rewards, circumventing bans) is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

3.3 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account within the App. Deletion permanently removes your profile, progress, and all associated data from our servers. This action is irreversible.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use automation tools, bots, scripts, or third-party software to manipulate gameplay or leaderboard standings.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of MiniMind.
• Interfere with or disrupt the servers, networks, or services connected to MiniMind.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of MiniMind's systems or other users' accounts.
• Use MiniMind for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users in any community or social feature.
• Create a false identity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Manipulate the referral system through self-referral, fake accounts, or coordinated abuse.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and, at our sole discretion, suspend or permanently ban accounts that breach these rules.

5. Virtual Currency & In-App Items

MiniMind features a virtual in-game coin currency ("Coins"). Coins are earned through gameplay, daily rewards, completing missions, and watching optional rewarded advertisements.

• Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or real goods.
• Coins are non-transferable between accounts.
• We reserve the right to modify the economy, earning rates, and costs of in-game items at any time.
• Coins and in-game items may be forfeited upon account termination or ban.
• We do not guarantee that accumulated Coins or items will remain available indefinitely.

MiniMind does not currently offer paid in-app purchases. All premium items are obtainable through gameplay.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

6.1 MiniMind's Intellectual Property

All content in MiniMind — including but not limited to graphics, user interface design, puzzle mechanics, algorithms, logos, sounds, and text — is the exclusive property of MiniMind or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MiniMind for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6.2 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of MiniMind or its content, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, unless you have our written permission or applicable law permits it.

6.3 Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or bug reports to us, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use and incorporate that feedback into MiniMind without compensation or attribution to you.

7. Third-Party Services

MiniMind integrates third-party services including Google Firebase, AdMob, and social login providers (Google, Apple, Facebook). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

Optional rewarded advertisements are served by Google AdMob. Watching ads is never required to progress in any game.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MiniMind is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Any errors or defects will be corrected.
• The App or its servers are free of harmful components.
• Results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable.

MiniMind is a casual game app. We make no medical or clinical claims about cognitive improvement. While our games are inspired by cognitive science research, MiniMind is entertainment software, not a medical device or therapeutic tool.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MiniMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of MiniMind shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, given MiniMind is free, will generally be zero) or (b) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to MiniMind at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the App. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Sections 6 (Content & IP), 8 (Disclaimer), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 11 (Governing Law) survive any termination.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our operating jurisdiction, as applicable.

Before initiating any formal legal process, we ask that you first contact us at support@minimind.apidev.co.in to give us an opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via in-app notification.

Your continued use of MiniMind after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you may delete your account and stop using the App.
