How to Play Pipes (NetWalk): Rules, Strategy & Free Puzzles

Pipes — also known as NetWalk or Net — is a rotation puzzle. Every tile carries a piece of pipe, and you rotate each one until all the pipes join into a single connected network. A finished board has no loose ends, no isolated groups and no closed loops. Harder levels add wrap-around edges where pipes flow off one side and onto the other.

How to play Pipes

1. Rotate each tile. Tap a tile to turn its pipe piece until it points where you want.
2. Connect everything. All pipes must join into one single network with no loose ends.
3. No isolated groups. Every tile must belong to that one network — nothing may be cut off.
4. No closed loops. A correct network branches out like a tree; it never forms a closed loop.

Pipes strategy & tips

• Start at edges and corners, where a pipe end has fewer legal directions to face.
• A tile with a single connector on the border can only point inward — lock those early.
• On wrap-around levels remember a pipe leaving one edge re-enters on the opposite side.
